To prepare for our sale, registration is closed!
Registration will be staggered giving our most dedicated volunteers first priority. Registration will open at 9 am on the following days:
Monday, Jan. 18th: Volunteers who have participated as a volunteer at 5 or more of our sales. Thursday, Jan. 21st: Consignors & volunteers who have participated in 1 or more of our sales. Monday, Jan. 25th: New consignors & volunteers, and any volunteer who cancelled her shift within 2 weeks before our last sale.

Absolutely no physical limitations or nursing babies on this shift! (this is an ideal shift for husbands!). Please pick more than 1 volunteer choice. By picking more than 1 volunteer choice, it is more likely that we will be able to place you in a shift. If your requested shift is filled when your registration is processed, and you do not have additional, available choices, you will be moved to the back of the pile when you respond about additional shifts. I would like to shop at 6:30 am, please register me for two shifts listed above (2 of your 3 choices) I would like to shop at 6:30 am, please register me for the "distribute flyers" 2nd shift (1 shift will be one of your 3 choices above and the 2nd shift will be the "distribute flyers" 2nd shift). I speak Spanish and I'm willing to wear a nametag that says "I speak Spanish" at the sale. I understand the volunteer cancelation policy. Cancellations must be received by Friday, February 19th in order to avoid registration penalties for our next sale. This must be requested on-line, no changes to this request will be allowed at the sale. I understand I need to print out this list (in MS Word) and write in my items priced at $20 or greater (please bring this list to drop-off, do not email it). All non-clothing items that are $20 or greater will be sold in the large equipment room.
